Squash - intense and fast duels!

Squash is the most intense racket sport. Everyone has their own unique thing, but without a net, playing in a closed rectangular court with four walls and dueling alongside your opponent, squash stands out from the other racket sports.

Squash has roots that stretch back to 19th century England and was originally developed as a simpler alternative to tennis. Squash is known to be an excellent form of cardio and provides an effective full body workout. In 2003, Forbes ranked squash as the healthiest sport to play.

The physical limitations of the course provide an exciting dynamic with tight angles and reactive game strategies. Squash is thus a sport that combines both physical endurance and strategic thinking.

Finally Squash joined the Olympics! The sport is now ready for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. Well done! We have 6 squash courts with untreated parquet for your Olympic preparations.
