The game of tennis involves constant movement, quick lateral movements and explosive sprints.

The sport requires a lot of technique, concentration and is sometimes perceived as "difficult". A good tip if you are a beginner is to play with slightly softer balls to get more out of the game. Ask at the reception and you will get help. Once you get the hang of the strokes, tennis is great fun and a perfect full-body workout.

We have 5 courts on plexipave and 2 courts on clay.
